Yes, you can cut Trazodone tablets in half. Most of these tablets are scored, which can help you split your tablets into two equal halves. If your immediate-release tablets are not scored, you can still split them into halves using a pill cutter or a very sharp knife. 

Risks associated with cutting Trazodone in half

The most important thing while cutting pills that are not scored is to make sure you cut them into two equal halves. This way, the overall dose of the drug is equally divided into two halves and it does not ruin dose uniformity.
