Yes, you can give Zarbee’s Cough & Mucus syrup with Zyrtec to your child. Zarbee’s products are made up of natural ingredients, including honey, to help relieve cough and are safe to use with the majority of cold and flu medications (1).
Zyrtec is an antihistamine and it does not interact with Zarbee’s cough syrup (2). Just make sure you never give two antihistamines to your child at once. As long as the active ingredients present in the cold medications are not the same, it is considered safe to use.
